I blame the people there for making the night so fun. The crowd was loud in the best way, super friendly, and the whole place had awesome vibes from the moment I walked in.

"Honestly Easier Than I Expected"
I was a little unsure at first, but after trying it out, I was relieved by how easy the site was to use. Everything was simple to find and the whole process felt straightforward.

"Decent site, but the mobile menu needs work"
The pages load just fine, which is nice, but the menu feels clunky on my phone. I had a hard time finding race info sometimes, for something people rely on during race planning, it should be easier to navigate

"Pit access made the day"
I got our tickets through NHRA, and I think the pit access ended up being the best part of the whole day. We could get close and watch the teams working, which was really cool. Everyone seemed laid-back too. Not sure if I expected it to make that big of a difference, but it definitely made race day a lot more fun for us.

"Pretty handy for NHRA updates"
I’m on nhra.com often to check stuff like rule changes and standings. Most of the time the updates are easy enough to understand and they seem to get posted fairly quickly, which saves me from having to hunt around a bunch of other sites

"I had a question about my NHRA account…"
I had a question about my NHRA account and emailed them, not expecting much because, well, customer support can be a little exhausting. To their credit, they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. The person was friendly and helped me fix the issue without turning it into a whole production. Nice, simple, and no hassle, which I definitely appreciate. I’d use nhra again.

"Fun racing, but a little confusing"
The racing itself was really good and definitely the highlight of the day. That said, the lines were confusing, and the schedule changed, which made things a bit frustrating. Still, once the races got going, it was a "good time" overall.

"Good for Replays, But Could Be Easier"
I mostly use nhra.com to watch race replays when I miss the live events. It’s great that they offer them, because obviously not everyone can catch every race live. The video quality is usually fine once it actually starts playing, but sometimes the replays take longer than expected to show up, or I end up clicking around trying to find what should be easy to locate. Overall, it’s not a bad site, I just wish the replay access was a little more consistent and straightforward.

"Fun Experience, Just a Bit Pricey"
I had a good time overall and thought it was a fun experience, but the ticket prices felt a little too high for what it was. In my opinion, it’s worth checking out if you’re really interested, but I’d probably think twice before paying that much again

"Good quality, but ordering took some effort"
I ordered a hoodie and a few decals, and they turned out really nice. The hoodie feels thick and the print doesn’t seem cheap or like it’s going to peel after a couple washes. The decals looked good too. I will say it felt like a bit more effort than I wanted just to get everything picked out and ordered, but the quality made it worth it in the end. I’d probably buy again.

"Really Fun Day at the Track"
I had a great time watching the on-track action all day. It was loud, exciting, and there were plenty of close runs, so it never really felt like there were long boring stretches. I also checked nhra a few times to keep up with what was coming next, which was helpful. If you enjoy racing, I’d definitely say it’s worth checking out.

"I had a problem with my…"
I had a problem with my account on nhra.com and reached out to support. They did get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which was a little annoying because I was hoping to get it fixed quickly. To be fair, once someone finally responded, they were nice and actually helped me sort it out. So I guess it was fine in the end, just not exactly fast. Overall, an okay experience.

"I enjoy keeping up with NHRA..."
I enjoy keeping up with NHRA news and events, and the membership does have some nice perks. That said, I can see how some customers might feel like the value doesn’t always match the price. A few of the features and content are genuinely useful, but other parts feel a little basic. Overall, it’s not a bad membership, and I’m glad to have access to it, but I think a lot of members would appreciate a bit more for what they’re paying...

I logged into my nhra account today and, it went way smoother than I expected. The password page popped up quickly, and I got in without any random errors or weird loading issues. I had to reset my password once before too, and that email showed up fast, so maybe they’ve been tightening up their system lately or something. Either way, nothing flashy happened, it just worked like it was supposed to, and I definitely appreciate that.

"Shirt got here quicker than I expected"
The shirt showed up fast and everything went smoothly. No shipping issues at all. I’m guessing they must’ve packed it up right away or had it sitting ready to go, because it got here sooner than I thought it would.

"Canceling Was Way Easier Than I Expected"
I had to cancel my NHRA tickets at the last minute and figured it was gonna be a whole hassle. I sent in the request, got a reply quickly, and they explained exactly how the refund would work. A few days later, the money was back on my card just like they said it would be. Nothing over the top, just simple, fair, and easy. I really appreciate when a company doesn’t make canceling feel like a fight.

"Good for race times, but double-check updates"
I usually use nhra.com to keep up with race times, and for the most part it’s been accurate. That said, there have been a couple of times where the schedule changed and the site didn’t seem to update right away, which made it a little tricky to plan when to watch. It’s not a huge deal, and the site is generally fine, but I’d suggest double-checking the schedule somewhere else too if you’re trying to catch a specific race live...

"Payment was simple"
I paid for my order through NHRA and it was easy. My card info went through without any issues, and the page didn’t freeze or randomly kick me out like some sites do. I got the confirmation right away too, which was good. Nothing super exciting to say, it just worked the first time and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle. 5 stars from me.
